Ready for a race for an amazing cause? Our race benefits the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society! How about a 5k to show your support? Well these are the best ones out there to take you on a scenic trip through the woods at Pohick Bay. No matter your running ability, remember, it's benefiting the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
Sign-up to run both the 9-11 Memorial 5k/10-Miler & the 5k at the Bay to Benefit LLS and earn yourself a plaque to commemorate your epic day of charity running.
Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day. You will receive a custom medal.

5k - 9am

5k - $25, until August 31 ($30)
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before September 2. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.

Packet Pickup
Packet Pickup will be only on race morning. We will open pickup about an hour before the event. It is no longer at Road Runner Sports.
Race Day Registration
There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive about 45 minutes before their race to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers.
Directions to Parking
Parking Lot is off of the main road into Pohick Bay about 50 yards from the Start/Finish Line for both races.
