This program is designed for runners who are looking to reach their target race pace. This 8 week program will help you build up your 5k or 10k speed with 3 workouts/week. The goal race for the program is St Patty's Leprechaun 5k/10k/1M. Registration for the goal race is included in your program, but you are not required to participate in that specific event.
What do these programs include?
In order to benefit the most from the program, athletes are expected to be able to already complete a 5k race. A majority of the communication in the group will be done in an exclusive Facebook group. This allows runners to directly connect with others in their program. Access to the group is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
