This program is designed for people of all shapes, sizes and speed looking to reach a 5K distance. This 9 week program will help you build your endurance with 3 workouts/week. The goal race for the program is St. Patty's 5K on March 14th. Registration for the goal race is included in your program, but you are not required to participate in that specific event.
What do these programs include?
In order to benefit the most from the program, a majority of the communication in the group will be done in an exclusive Facebook group. This allows runners to directly connect with others in their program. Access to the group is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
