2021 Spring Endurance Development


About this event

This program is designed for runners who are looking to reach their target race distance.  This 10 week program will help you build up your endurance up to a 10k or a half-marathon distance with 3 workouts/week.  The goal race for the program is Freedom 5k/10k/Half on June 27th.  Registration for the goal race is included in your program, but you are not required to participate in that specific event.

  • 10 Week Training Schedule from an RRCA Certified Level 2 Running Coach
  • FREE entry into the goal race for the program
  • Weekly Running Tips
  • Motivation and accountability to keep you on track
  • Access to exclusive Facebook group to connect with other runners in your specific program 

In order to benefit the most from the program, athletes are expected to be able to already complete a 5k race.  A majority of the communication in the group will be done in an exclusive Facebook group.  This allows runners to directly connect with others in their program.  Access to the group is not mandatory, but it is highly recommended.
