2020 Rise & Grind National Coffee Day 5k, 10k, & 1M
September 26th, 2020 8am EST
This event is an in-person race and all waves will be under a 50-person limit. We will send more wave info out the day before the race, as needed. Limited t-shirts will be available for those who register within 12 days of the race. We encourage participants to bring their own water. Masks are appreciated during check-in, but are not expected during the race.
Points count towards our Year-Long 5k, 10k, Kids, & Back of the Pack Series. Points will also count towards our Summer Series. Find more info about the series here.

Benefiting Wear blue: run to remember. Wear blue: run to remember is a national non profit running community that honors the service and sacrifice of the American military. Our community unites and supports military and their families, veterans, Gold Star families, and civilians through active remembrance and meaningful relationships. We motivate and empower individuals to healthier, more inspired living. Enjoy this scenic, flat 5k/10k that runs along a paved path around Pratt Park.
Introducing a new Kids 1-Miler option! There's also an option during registration for adults to add on a technical t-shirt (at $11) to their order.
Walkers and strollers are welcome to attend this event.
Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day. You will receive a medal.

Registration Fees
Kids 1-Miler - $15 (Cotton T-Shirts)
10k - $40, until Sept 15 ($45)
5k - $25, until Sept 15 ($30)
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before Sept 16. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.

Race Day Registration
There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive around 45 minutes before the race to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers.
