It's time for the 4th Annual CroppMetcalfe Bug Run! This year, the bugs are bigger as the event is now a 5K and half-marathon in Georgetown! Run dressed as your favorite bug or pest and everyone who participates will be entered to win one of the 20 sets of TWO FREE TICKETS to an upcoming Washington Nationals game!
Come out and enjoy this scenic, flat half-marathon and 5k in the heart of Georgetown near the Nation's Capital. Both events run on the Chesapeake & Ohio Canal path.
Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day. You will receive a medal.
Race Start Times
Half - 8am
5k - 8:30am
Registration Fees
5k - $25, until May 15 ($30)
Half - $60, until May 15 ($65)
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before May 16. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.
