Come dressed as your favorite superhero, person, animal etc. and enjoy these 5k & 10k courses on the paved bike path in downtown Fredericksburg. No matter your running ability, remember, it’s benefiting the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer during Breast Cancer Awareness month.
Introducing a new Kids 1-Miler option! There's also an option during registration for adults to add on a technical t-shirt (at $11) to their order.
Walkers are welcome to attend this event.
Now offering a virtual run option for those who cannot make it on race day. You will receive a custom medal.

10k - 8:45am
5k - 9am
Registration Fees
Kids 1-Miler - $15 (Cotton T-Shirts)
5k - $25, until September 30 ($30)
10k - $40, until September 30 ($45)
T-shirts guaranteed to runners registered before October 18. We will order extra t-shirts for those who register after that date, but it is on a first-come first-served basis.

Packet Pickup
At the event (one hour before the race starts)
Race Day Registration
There will be race day registration. Participants will need to arrive around 45 minutes before the race to get registered for the event. T-shirts sizes can not be guaranteed for race day registers.
Directions to Parking
The race starts and ends in Old Mill Park (2410 Caroline Street, Fredericksburg, VA 22401). Parking is within the park.
